Many small businesses utilize wireless Internet access, or wireless fidelity (a.k.a. “wi-fi”), either for their day-to-day operations or for their customers’ use — or both. In fact, for businesses that see customers on a regular basis, patrons often expect wi-fi to be a provided amenity. As your customers and/or employees necessitate Internet access, what are you doing to protect your wireless fidelity? Is your wi-fi secure?
